We requested service on line. Very easy to schedule. The representative (Dave 861) could not make it exactly on time but we were called and apprised of the situation. Showed up just a little late but did a great job with our drains. Dave was curteous, conscientious and informative. Explained what we could do to keep our drains open in the future. Totally satisfied with our experience.

We had a drain problem and a plumber was at our house in Columbia within 45 minutes. The representative worked fast and solved the problem knowledgeably. He also shared valuale tips on keeping our drains clean. He was friendly and answered all questions to our satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend Roto Rooter.

TRYPS is a children's theater with a lot of kiddos. An impressive amount of things that shouldn't be flushed away...get flushed away. Roto-Rooter is always courteous, professional, and explains all the options to help us keep repair costs down. The technicians are terrific people who care about our business and about solving the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile on their faces!

Plumbing service fast and through – I had a big drain problem with backing up. I was surprised I could get a tech out within hours of my call. Roto-Rooter Plumbers – Dave (technician 861) the plumber from Columbia's Roto Rooter came out and saved us! He was knowledgeable, knew how to start and how to handle clogs and obstructions. He was extremely experienced, polite and worked through all the clogs - tree roots - until everything was movin' just fine. He invited us to join the yearly maintenance plan. We're seriously thinking of doing this - ab-so-lute-ly!
