I called the Columbia, MO Roto-Rooter because of clogged pipe around the clean-out. The plumber Dave was over in a few hours after calling and had the problem taken care of in about 20 min. Dave did a great job, explained the cost up front and was extremely helpful, he even asked if I needed a hand with getting my dryer back in the room after he was done. The plumber for the Columbia Roto-rooter came out to our house and had the problem identified pretty quickly. He kept us very informed on what he was doing and told us how much it was going to cost us before he fixed our problem. He was a very nice man!

I called Roto-Rooter in Columbia on Friday to schedule an appt. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday for no extra charge. The plumber was knowledgeable and professional. will definitely use them again.

Needed a Plumber ASAP, my husband called they sent someone out and within 30 minutes he was done. This is the second time we've used them and both times they were on time and did an EXCELLENT job. I will keep using Columbia's Roto-Rooter again when we need them. INVOICE#13167

Have used Roto-Rooter for a number of years. We have a lot of trees and roots that clog our main line. Roto-Rooter is always out quickly and takes care of the problem quickly.

Very courteous technician quickly made a simple repair to a broken drain under the sink and volunteered to check all bathroom fixtures for any other problems since he charged me for a service call. Have used this company in the past and definitely recommend.

plumber, Columbia I was a customer of the other company for 16+ yrs. They had re-lined my sewer and I stuck with them. I started getting roots UNDER the house after a severe drought and they told me I would have to maintain them, or I could re-line that portion of the pipe; at a cost of about $8000, about what I had paid to have about 100ft done initially. I dropped my wedding ring down the cleanout in my backyard after 5:00pm on a Tuesday night. They sent out a very friendly plumber who had my ring rescued within 30 minutes. Great service here in Columbia MO!
