I had a plugged main drain and they came out and fixed it that night at 10pm to midnight. Scoped the line out to the street the next day and found that I had a kind of pipe called orangeburg made from rolled tar paper. the scope looked pretty bad. the pipe was coming apart, I asked when they could come out and fix it and they said tomorrow. They got all the liscenses and permits and in two days the job was done. Everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. And a 20 yr transferable guarantee. thank you roto-rooter.

My first time experience with the company was great. My technician Franklin.T walked threw the steps clearly with me on my 2 toilets clogging up and talked about how the main drain line works. His knowledge was very helpful..definitely will give them a call back in the future if needed!

Terry was great! Came on New Years Day and went to work clearing a remote bar drain that hasn't worked well in 20+ years. While the job started out easy enough (snaking the line), Terry ran into unforeseen issues with how the drain was plumbed into the main line. Franklin was great. We called last minute for an emergency clog, and he was here within two hours from Greenwich to norwalk on a Friday night. Very professional and fixed the problem very quickly . Made sure everything was in working order before he left. Would definitely use them again !

Luis Centeno came over to my house on a Friday night at around 8pm. He could not have been more cordial and gentleman like. My wife and I were very concerned because the water in our kitchen sink was not going down. Luis was very calm and made us feel very relaxed. He told us he would take care of our situation and not to worry. He did just that.
