I had to get Roto Rooter to unplug my 12" colvert pipe. They had to use high pressure water and a jack hammer bit to get through. Then they used high pressure nozzle at 3k to clean it. They use approximately 1500 gallons of water to fix my problem. Mark did an excellent job. I'm glad I called. The pipe was about 300' long. Thanks again

He has everything opened and cleaned out. So far so good! Just a little of money but it had to be fixed. Hopefully know problems going forward.

The scheduling person was quite helpful and she worked a service call for the next day! Almost too easy and good to be true. No charge for estimate!!? The service person was punctual, and polite. When we called for service we had a sluggish kitchen drain. He tried a 25 foot snake and a hydro pressure hose. When he left the first day we had a stopped up kitchen drain and a promise that he would return tomorrow . I can't choose a rating til we see what's next!!!? The gentleman who came was professional and courteous and went out of his way to fix the problem and determine the cause. I would not hesitate to call your company in the future
