we have a very old drain line and was not completely sure what kind of problem we had blocking it. he was very professional and when he realized he was going to run over the time that he had originally thought it would take to fix the problem, my husband and Mr.whitlock were in agreement that they were getting to close to the clog to stop trying at this point. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out. Determined my septic tank needed pumped. Where is your tank? Good question I replied. They ocated my septic tank, pumped it, and cleaned the drain.
