Normally I wouldn't go with a large company such as Roto-Rooter. I have a family plumber who has done all the work in my house and I have been very satisfied, but when I described the problem we had he recommended Jeff from Roto-Rooter. I had a water leak in my living room. I called Roto-Rooter to come fix it. The plumber came and said that it would cost $250, he finished the job in under 15 minutes, and only had to pay $180. Best plumbers in Charlottesville.

I had a serious backup in my draining system that prevented me from flushing any toilets or pouring water into any drain in the house. Jeff Cutshall, a plumber from Ruckersville Roto Rooter came to my house in Crozet (15-miles west of Charlottesville) and immediately got to the bottom of the problem. We needed a plumber to unclog a backed-up washing machine drainpipe, so I called Roto-Rooter in the Charlottesville area to schedule an appointment. Due to an earlier job that took our assigned plumber, Jeff Cutshall, longer than he had expected to complete, he was not able to arrive at our location until after the scheduled time, but because he and his office had kept us abreast of the situation, that was not a problem for us. Roto Rooter Excellent! – We were looking for a Charlottesville plumber Friday afternoon. We heard great things about Roto-Rooter and decided to try them out. We are so pleased with the results!! Great service ! – My son-in-law said he had spotted a water spot in my basement. The initial phone call was helpful. Even when we needed to re-schedule the appointment the operator was pleasant and efficent. The plumber, Joel, was courteous and knowledgeable. And he arrived when he said he would. I will use this company again if the need arises.

Roto-Rooter Plumber in Charlottesville, VA – We found about an inch of water in the basement of our house and immediately called. David came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem (main drain clogged) as well as fixed a few other issues - slow draining tub, etc. The service rep was friendly and professional and did what he came to do.

Roto Rooter plumbers 9/29/11 – For a Plumber in the Charlottesville area I can truely recommend Roto-Rooter. The service was quick. He came when I needed him. He knew what he was doing and was a wealth of information to save me future problems, and for icing on the cake he brought his own little broom and dust-pan and cleaned my kitchen floor before he left.
