Jeff the technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable, communicative, and conscientious. An equipment problem lengthened his service call, but he never appeared rushed or concerned about the impact of his delay on other calls he was scheduled to make that day. He persisted to resolve the immediate issue and ensured I understood the long-term consequences (a disjoint in my sewer line). I would work with Roto-Rooter again, and recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

My husband and I try to do everything ourselves, but there are times when no amount of googling is going to help you figure out and fix the problem, and this was one of those times. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They provide exceptional plumbing service. On two separate occasions, I had plumbing emergencies. I called other plumbers in the area, but all I got was excuses why they couldn't help me. But when I called Roto-Rooter, their customer service personnel were courteous and understanding. The best you can get!! Late Sunday night and a sewer pump that doesn't work. Jeff to the rescue! Called a pumper truck out at 12:30 am and allow us to use the toilets and showers. WOW!!! Came out the next day and installed/tested a new pump. I can't thank Jeff enough!! My family says thanks so much!

These guys are fabulous!! They came to my aid after the last winter storm and losing power for a week. The technicians replaced my suddenly dead water heater and re-did all the connections because the previous water heater had been improperly installed. I live in a remote area and the road in was still barely passable. Undaunted, they came across the fields to get to my house. They went above and beyond by a mile. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/16/13. Jeff Cutshall provides the best service there is. We have used Roto Rooter twice now. The first time a couple of years ago for a broken hot water heater. Then this weekend he went above and beyond working into the wee hours of the night and returning the next day to finish after procuring supplies. A local plumber told me I would have to dig up my sewer line to find what was clogging my drain. Roto-rooter was able to send a camera though the line and fix the problem without touching the lawn saving me thousands of dollars. And the service tech was a pleasure to work with.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 11/23/12 Jeff was great on a last minute emergency! I needed a plumber to come out after I had a Thanksgiving day mashed potato incident with my sink. Finding a plumber in Charlottesville to come out on the same day was something I didn't think possible but he made it work and did great work as well! I would highly recommend to anyone in Charlottesville.
