I had Joshua from Roto Rooter come today, 7/15/14, to unplug my pipes and he did an excellent job. He worked diligently until the problem was solved, cleaned up after himself, and quoted a fair price for the work. Plus, it is has a 6 month warranty. Thank you Joshua!

Good customer service. The plumber arrived within two hours. We had kind of an emergency situation and they responded quickly. The gentleman who was fixing our pipes was extremely helpful and very nice. We are very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 09/30/2013 We had an emergency that occurred late on a Sunday where all of the drains were backing up into the house. I called the Tampa location up on Monday morning and they were able to send a plumber out within a couple of hours of my call. Petrit, our plumber/technician was fantastic. I had an emergency situation on a holiday. Most places were charging fees for service, but not Roto-Rooter. A technician came out, he was very professional, informative and nice. He found what was wrong and gave me suggestions. He even worked on our kitchen pipes for a discount because he knew he couldn't fix it for good. He was also very aware of keeping the house clean though he was in and out working on the pipes. The only thing I felt could be improved is the price. On 09/03/2013 we had company over from out of state. As luck would have it the guest toilet stat starts backing into the bathtub. I googled Roto Rooter called them the girl on the phone was very nice she understood my situation and within one hour there was a truck in my driveway. The service tech was very nice he explained everything including the charges before beginning the work. I am very pleased with the immediate and courteous service the plumber provided. Josh the plumber in tampa was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what was needed to correct the issue in laymans terms. I would definitely use or recoommend their services again.

Roto-Rooter Plumber on Mother's Day – We experienced a main sewer blockage in our home on Sunday, May 11th, Mother's Day. I was reluctant to call a plumber on a Sunday that was also a special Holiday. I searched the internet and was impressed with the Roto-Rooter information available and called. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5-6-12 – I was really very pleased with my service call. Even with it being Sunday, Rob arrived not long after I called. He immediatly set my mind at ease, I was in good hands. My leaking water heater was fixed in a timely and proffesional manner. I'll be calling them again in a heartbeat if I am ever in need. As service calls go, this experience was a 10.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 24 April 2012 – We had two toilets that I had worked on myself to stop the running water in the bowl. I spent two hours a week for the past month and could not figure out a way to fix the leak along with purchasing parts for the toilets.
