I would recommend Roto-Rooter, in Florence, KY anytime! We were very happy with the service we received on a Saturday...we found that the sewer had backed up into our storage room in the basement. It needed to be fixed fast...Aaron arrived within the hour and fixed everything. VERY happy we called Roto-Rooter!
I would use this company again for any drain or plumbing issue. They sent out a plumber within one hour of being called. Our issue was quickly resolved and Sal was a friendly and knowledgeable employee. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Roto-Rooter.
This company is just over priced and not very good. They did a bad job and I swear they hire plumbers who don't know what they are doing.
My 18 month old son had dropped a toothbrush in my sink then 3 days later he puts a roll on soap in the toliet. After calling three other company's that were unable to come out, Roto Rooter fron Addiosn was able to have a plumber come out within the hour on a Saturday. The tech was very helpful and got the jobs done quick. I will recomend Roto Rooter and use them in the future!!!
