Our plumber Michael was very professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. After listening to what we were experiencing and examining the pipes, he showed us images of the problem located in the crawspace and explained the problems throughly. He gave us different options with in depth explanations and price points for fixing our pipe issue and bringing the pipes up to code without any pressure of choosing the most expensive option which I greatly appreciated. Had these guys at my elderly mother's house they charged almost 800$ for a tank and pressure switch. 2 months later the switch dont seem to be working now they wont even come check it.

Roto-Rooter send a Technician to our house the same day I called them. The Technician fixed our water main, again on the same day, working until it was dark and getting the job done so the water could be turned back on to the house. Everyone from the operator to the Technician were friendly and helpful. Thanks Leroy!

This was the first time we had used Roto-Rooter and the service was exceptional. They arrived to our home in Woodruff within an hour of my initial call. The Roto-Rooter professional Bryan provided us with an estimate. We approved the work and within 1 1/2 hours he had the problem resolved. We will definitely use them again.

They were a lifesaver! We woke up on a work day to find the drains backing up and coming back into the house. They were there within an hour and had it fixed in no time. They were careful about not tracking anything into the house and extremely professional. They took the time to make sure everything was working fine before leaving and I still made it to work for my morning meetings. Top notch team!

I called them about 3:30 on Sunday afternoon and they arrived after 5:00 and seem glad they could help me. I explained the the problem they presented the estimate and I aske them to do the job. In about 1 they were finished and I was very please at the work they did. I will call them again if I have any problems they can solve.
