I had an emergency problem with my toilet. The water wouldn't stop running due to the shut off value was stripped and the stop bobber was broken inside the tank and wouldn't press down the button to stop the water from filling the tank.and threatened to overflow the tank and flood the bathroom. Tony came on time, was very polite and courteous, evaluated my problem quickly, gave me a fair estimate and fixed the problems very quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter services for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a clogged toilet on the Labor Day holiday. My home warranty company could not find anyone to come out until the next day but when I called Roto-Rooter, they were at my home within the hour. The problem was fixed and the area cleaned up completely within an hour of arriving at my home. I highly recommend them. Thanks Dave!

Root-rooter. Dare of service 6/28/11 I highly recommend roto rooter. It started with the phone call and then finished with Jack the service man. All very professional and courteous . I will most defientlety recommend and use again.

Thursday, June 16, 2011 I found my four-year-old standing in a puddle of water with an overflowing toilet and a mess had backed up into the guest bathtub and master shower. I called Roto-Rooter. Within thirty minutes Hunter was at the house surveying the situation. He quickly explained the problem, several possible causes, as well as the solution. Glad we called roto-rooter. They were very professional on the phone and we didn't have to wait for days to have a plumber come to our house to fix the leaking bathtub faucet. Tony #58 came to fix our leaking faucet, was very friendly, professional and thorough with his job. We definitely recommend using roto-rooter!

We had a blockage in our bath tub when it wouldn't drain after cleaning. I called and was told Roto-Rooter would have a technician at my door in about an hour and a half. Nearly to the minute that was the case. The technician cleared the blockage, gave us tips on preventing new ones, and left us a complimentary bottle of drain cleaner/shield. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Jack was out here within a couple of hours. He explained how things worked in my house, explained things as he did them, and was able to fix the problem. I would reccommend anyone who has a plumbing problem to call Roto-Rooter, and ask for Jack. He was great!!!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers/Lakeland, FL March 25,2011 Would recommend for their quick response and knowledgeable/courteous employees. They responded within three hours and had the problem resolved within an hour after arriving. The technician was experienced and quite knowledgeable and had the proper equipment to do the job. Would certainly use their service again.
