We had some problems with everything backing up and I called roto rooter and they sent Andrew tech # 149 out to our home. He did what needed to be done and let us know step for step what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem. We have never had such a polite person as Andrew. He was a very well mannered, and caring person. He has held our hands through this whole stressful process. He needs a raise!!! We would just like to give a big thank you to Andrew and the whole roto rooter team..

Had my kitchen sink totally clogged and called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday afternoon and Carey was at our house within 30 minutes and got the drain fixed shortly there after. Carey was a very pleasant person to deal with and very knowledgeable. If needed I will call them again! Great service - my husband and I were very pleased with the work and the plumber.

I would recommend this Plumbing service to everyone! They were prompt in returning my call and had a service tech to my home in less than an hour! Wade, our tech was amazing. He was efficient and polite and explained everything as he went. I really appreciated that he left my bathroom cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. The price was less than I expected and it was done in a VERY timely manner. THank you Wade and Roto Rooter!!! You made a scary situation so much better!!! Traci J

Had a stopped up kitchen sink on a Saturday, of course. I signed up for a service call online, but I would recommend calling. I called and got a very quick call back from the service tech. He was at my house within 30 minutes and was courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate and got the job done in half the estimated time, so he helped me deal with a drain clearing tool I had tried unsuccessfully to use. He certainly didn't have to do that but it was greatly appreciated. I'd use them again and would recommend them.

My technician was Wade and he could not have been more helpful and courteous. He explained the process and even gave me info about my sink's warranty that I did not know. Keep up the good work Wade.

Quite pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by the Roto-Rooter technician sent to our Lakeland, FL home to fix a leak "after hours." He did a complete/thorough job with a leaking kitchen that could have caused severe damage in our kitchen. I will be recommending Roto-Rooter to friends/family.

First time user of Rotor-Rooter service and I was very impressed. They responded quickly to our call (on a Sunday), the technician was polite, knowledgable, informative and cleaned up much better than my husband does after he tackles a project. I even got to watch a camera go down in our pipes to confirm that everything was clean and clear and no breaks. The ability to watch this with the tech was reassuring of a job well done. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter when you are having a problem. They respond quickly and "Wade" who came to fix my problem, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything to me what was going on, and I actually got an education. This was a tough job but even when sunlight left, he located the problem and got it fixed. It is refreshing to have a pleasant experience with was an unpleasant problem. 5 Stars to Roto Rooter- Lakeland- on 1820 Combee Road. Call them when you need a plumber.! Sandra L Herz
