Our technician was very helpful and cleaned up after himself very well. Showed up on time and worked hard.
We had a plumbing emergency and Roto Rooter was able to come out within just a few hours of our call. The tech Ronnie was very professional, courteous and respectful. He explained things well and we were very impressed overall with him and the company. Would definitely recommend them.
I called the number and was greeted by Teresa, who was polite and listened to my plumbing problem. She told me upfront the cost for service call and when to expect my service technician. Teresa called one hour before Wade, the plumber would arrive. Wade arrived on time, very professional, polite and ready to help solve our problem. He was very informative by telling us step by step what he needed to do and the cost. Very satisfied with Wade and the company. I would definitely use this company again, if needed.
just moved into a house. Sink had a leak, and the shower, sink both were plugged up. Called them at 7pm. They came out with in 30 min. ronnie #73 was professional and polite. Explained what was needed, and the cost. Fast reliable service, what more can you ask for!
We had a main line sewage peroblem. We called Roto Rooter Company & their people asked what the problem was. We explained the problem, they explained the service charge, etc. Scheduled a service man to come, called & said he would be early. Hunter (service man) arrived & looked at what needed to be done & the expense. Told him to do it. He found the problem in 5 minutes. Found the problem was cracked pipe under concrete pad.
