Recommendedcalled roto rooter today when we woke up to standing water in our basement from a backed up sewer drain. Adam and Liam arrived in an hour after we called which is super fast. they helped us learn more about our plumbing in our house, diagnosed and fixed the clog quickly. they explained each step to us as well as the pricing. they were even considerate to our basement dwelling pets! Adam and Liam were great and we will use roto rooter again as needed. thanks roto rooter team & special thanks to Adam and Liam!

The last time we had Roto-Rooter out, the worker dumped sewage into our bushes, left his tools, and got sewage everywhere. He also broke off a piece of sewer rod and left it in the drain. The next time a worker came out (wearing a pink scrunchy), he eavesdropped on my phone conversation and left w out doing any work bc I wanted the job done right. I suggest PlumbersToday, Roto-Rooter is a joke and the workers are incompetent.
