Terrible experience. Called roto rooter yesterday for a clogged toilet. He came after a while— but his machine was broken. He said he’d get one from another tech and come first thing today. When he never came—I called the answering service several times and could never get confirmation that he was coming today… or that he wasn’t. I finally canceled at five and called someone else. They came and fixed the problem within a couple hours.
