Always very professional and courteous. They take the time to fully explain the issues, and how to prevent them from happening again. Pat came out in under the quoted time. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. It was a messy job and he did it. And then he rebuilt the toilet that I needed fixed for me. Great customer service on time and got the job done efficiently a plus.
I’ve used them a few times in the past on my fathers house in Pensacola while I live out of state with no problems. Today I once again had a water leak issue and I was in town. I called and within an hour they sent someone out. Don from Rotor Rooter came over crawled under the house and found the problem and repaired it seamlessly and efficiently.
