They were very efficient and courteous
I was told it was a $95 charge for after hour plus the cost of any work done. Turns out it was 95 plus a service call cost. I didn’t use them because the county had identified the issue and the root-rooter folks said he did not repair pipe. He was just the drain tech. So basically they sent out someone who couldn’t make any repairs. Had I know he was just going to identify the problem and not fix it I would have used somebody else.
It was a quick , efficient and great job . We appreciate the service
Unfortunately they found a broken clay pipe and now I’ll have to wait for someone to pursue that but the tech arrived promptly, went straight to work and found the problem.

Great representative of Roto Rooter, very knowledgeable and friendly. They were on time and did great work!
The technician Pat was VERY professional and polite. We’ve had the line snaked 4 times in the last 6 months by a different company due to a recurring blockage. We had the line scoped with a camera this time and he found a root ball in the line (second one we’ve found). He was able to clear it with his auger and verified the line was clear. The fix wasn’t cheap but worth EVERY PENNY to know the problem is fixed!!! Plus this was on a Saturday so we didn’t have to take off work. They were quick to call me back even though it was after hours. They came to my house within a few hours and fixed the problem. Friendly service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.
