I ABSOLUTELY loved Barb (the office manager) she was nice to me and worked with my crazy schedule so I could get my clog taken care of!! I called later with a few additional questions that i had thought of and the owner ( who was extremely knowledgeable) took the time to explain things to me! Both provided phenomenal customer service over the phone! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter...thank you so much such an INCREDIBLE experience!!!

Had Roto-Rooter out to my house for a terrible kitchen sink clog. Not only did the tech fix the clog, he cleaned up all the mess, and gave me some great advice about my slow bathroom drainage. He looked at it with no additional cost and let me know the easy fix. Fantastic job, very professional.
