Called last week due to a leak by my water heater that they recently replaced. They came out the same day, fixed the issue, and gave me a total. I went to go look for my credit card, but they said not to worry about it, and that I would get an invoice in the mail. The next day, I get a call while I am working demanding payment. We had Roto Rooter come out to our house to do some preventative maintenance on our pipes. The gentleman that they sent out (I believe it was Andy) was quick to arrive, took his time to get the job done, and noticed we had tree roots in our line and set us up with a yearly preventative so we dont have any priblems in the future. Everything was reasonably priced. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

Great experience! They let me know what time they'd be coming and gave me a courtesy call when they were behind. Mitch was great and able to troubleshoot my problem pretty quickly, even with a couple plumbing surprises. Basement sink works again! Thanks!
Called shortly after 8 am; let them know I’d only be home until 11:30 am. They sent someone right out, very friendly tech, explained everything well, worked with great care in our home, no mess left behind, and finished up in time for me to leave for where I needed to be.
