RecommendedThe wonderful doctors, the incredible nurses, nursing assistants, all staff so great! The lever of care is above and beyond anyone’s expectations!
While the level of healthcare is adequate, the lack of respect for the time and energy of patients is woefully inadequate. Dr. Odell's group has at least two assistants supporting them. Nobody could call or message patients to let them know he's 60-90 minutes behind schedule? Clearing an entire afternoon for a follow-up appointment should not be necessary. And having to scramble to do so is not acceptable.
Very unorganized staff The wait to see the doctor at least 3 hours and we're not able to see the same doctor who performed the surgery And every time I had to see a different doctor I think it is overrated as reputation . Lost the file send me to a different floor had to come back with a nurse to be able to explain that I should be seen by the doctor and to top everything the attitude they give you my s unacceptable.
Great hospital. I have TED, Dr Kazim saved me from going blind. Very compassionate caring and understanding. I have my independence now. Also special thanks to Dr Kazim secretary Stephanie shes the best.
