I absolutely LOVE Roth and ALL their employees!! I have used them several times on gut out projects of single and multiple rooms. Some were water damage and other was other damages. In EVERY case they ALWAYS go above and beyond on the job. Their crews are respectful of persons and property, they clean up at the end of EACH DAY, they are ALWAYS on time or KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP, great communication and their work is incredible! ??
Wish I could leave -0 review Scam artists!!!! Showed up day after our fire misrepresenting themselves, acting like they were sent there from our insurance. ************* off house before new shingles were delivered and flooded our home. Water damage destroyed our kitchen cabinets. **** than tried to bully me into excepting $2,200 to replace our cabinets claiming they were cheap pressed wood. This person filed a complaint with the BBB against us on 7.27.22. There are a lot of false statements offered by the customer and we are in litigation against them due to lack of payment. After the BBB investigated the complaint, the BBB found no reason to formally publish this complaint though the BBB and Roth Construction Columbus cannot stop someone from writing a review. We understand fire damage to one's home is very stressful and some people handle it better than others. We hope the best for this person.
Brian (project manager) was very helpful. He was always either reachable by phone or very quick to return our call. Our issue was difficult to locate, but they eventually identified the problem and were able to repair it exactly when they said they would.

Roth was a awesome company to with me and was great get back to me. They was fast in competition of the job so people could get back in the house. Great job.
After some fits and starts, which included discovery of mold and the associated remediation, Roth construction got underway and did a fantastic job on our office that was the site of water and storm damage. Brian, our project manager, was routinely at our house making recommendations to not only fix our issues, but transform our office. Roth Construction did a great job repairing wind damage to our home. Their team was great to work with, very respectful and considerate during the repair process. Their company handled all of the insurance claims paperwork directly with my insurance company. Their prices were fair and the projects were done professionally and on time. I recommend you talk to this company before you finalize any home repair or construction projects.
Great outfit, if you’re able, ask for Karl, he took care of me when he knew that I understood very little of what was going on. When they came over, I was in a bad place with my bathroom with water damage and water coming through my ceiling in my kitchen. They came and assured me that they would be able to fix my problem. Absolutely wonderful people to work with - in all areas. From the front office to project managers and experienced contractors. Very thorough and thoughtful during this COVID 19 pandemic.
