NEVER AGAIN! Horrible experience. First they scheduled the cleaning on the WRONG DAY and when I called to speak to the manager she was just plain rude. We ended up having to schedule it on the day after we moved out of town so we had to get the landlord to come in which, did not make her happy.. Thorough Cleaning for a NICE PRICE!!! I have always done my own carpet cleaning but when I moved into my new rental I wanted the carpets professionally done. They have a wonderful price and lots of specials and I thought to myself they must do a LOUSY job since the price is so reasonable.
