They were very nice ! Didn't really deal with them just returning a cpap machine
Haven't received any billing notice for months until out of the blue they try to hit me with a 299 bill?? Careful if you ever get equipment from them. They will claim you signed an agreement for them to send you random crap and bill you for it, or so they claim. I still have not been sent the copy of the contract they claim I signed and then toss you around their support departments until you give up. Package says returns accepted, rep says they aren't, random bills coming from them from equipment I never ordered. Terrible company, overpriced products and trash customer service.
