I am uncertain which aspect is more concerning, the communication or the staff. I failed to understand why LVHN has an affiliation with this company. Is advisable to exercise caution and review the ratings prior to procuring medical supplies from this company.
My ibreeze quit on me in the middle of the night. Gave me an error code about air intake. I took it to Rotech first thing in the morning. Rebecca at the front desk was great! She took the time out of her schedule (I did not have and appt) to take a look and troubleshoot. She was great and wanted to help get it working. She did and gave me some helpful pointers to keep it running properly. Thank you!!
