We are visiting from Texas and needed O2 bottles replaced. The folks at Rotech Knoxville were exceptionally helpful making that happen. They were easy to reach and coordinated the service with our Rotech back home.
This is one of the most ridiculous companies I've ever dealt with. My power cord stopped working and I've been without my machine for weeks. I called the main number and they told me to call the local office. I called the local office the local office told me I had to call the main office. I would give a 10 star review if I could. Tiki, the manager, went above and beyond to correct an issue caused by a facility I was in that discharged me with a wheelchair they knew wouldn’t accommodate my needs.She even delivered the chair herself to our home in Grimsley (almost a 2 hr drive from Knoxville). Rotech and Tiki are a breath of fresh air in a broken healthcare system. I can never say thank you enough!
