Great service they brought my concentrator out there so everything up very nice guy getting a bipap it was going to take a little bit for them to get it here so I asked if I can come get it. They say sure because I need it for sleeping at night very nice customer service
I was helped by Randall. He took his time explained everything to me. He answered all the questions I asked. And even make sure I understood the mail order process completely. I never felt rushed out the door but once I left I felt like I had been completely helped.
Charles came out and replaced our defective unit on New Years Day. Great job.
