Rude customer service !!
Don't return calls. Still haven't come to pick up their supplies and equipment. On hold for excessive time when calling them. Person who brought equipment was ok
We had the worst experience with this company after my wife's surgery. She left a detailed review from the hospital bed while I was trying to pick up supplies, and we never heard anything from the company. There have been other reviews since then that have all received feedback from the company, yet my wife's still remains unanswered. Edit: I went to my doctor's office and switched services to Apria. In less than 24 hours they called me, set up my delivery, and my new CPAP will arrive within the week. How is Rotech still in business??? The staff here are staggeringly incompetent. They don't respond to multiple messages requesting information so they can get the sleep study they need. But when I threaten to switch providers they had no issue immediately contacting my doctor's office behind my back. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Grow up.
I wish there was something lower than one star. This company is the worst. Customer service will actually lie to you directly over the phone when you are counting on a delivery. If you have any way to stop using them do it. Terrible.
