I went to Rosy’s Cakes & Paco’s Tacos tonight and was impressed with my meal. We started with a trio dip of guacamole, salsa, and queso. I ordered the chicken and steak tacos which happened to be on special for Taco Tuesday- $1.50 tacos! The chicken tacos were my favorite. This is a hidden gem! I don’t know how Paco seasons his meat but he has the best tacos in town! Not to mention the burritos and enchiladas. Best Mexican food in town and a great casual atmosphere. You have to check it out!
