I called Rosy to schedule a notary appointment for the following morning at 9am for me and my wife to get our wills notarized. I asked for two witnesses. She said she could be available with two witnesses at 8:30am. We drove 20 minutes and showed up on time. We paid $10 for parking. Rosy was 20 minutes late. No apology when she showed up. My husband called Rosy yesterday to make a notary appointment with 2 witnesses for 8:30 am this morning, which she confirmed over the phone. We showed up at her office at 8:30 am and it was empty. We called and she was unresponsive until 10 minutes later. She then showed up 20 minutes late without the witnesses. She was not at all apologetic and was on her phone and already had an attitude as if it was completely unreasonable to expect the appointment to start on time. Si resumo mi experiencia con ellos puedo decir que el servicio es de primer nivel,rápido y preciso,la atención y dedicación es espectacular. Los recomiendo 100% y sin dudas seguiré acudiendo a ellos por ser tan buenos en lo que hacen.
