Just got a call from the “general manager” and said i missed a call from you all he said are you looking for a car I said whose this ? He said mhmm Marissa ? Ok mhmm and I asked if he was the general manager he sure was not professional. I asked to speak to his manager and he hung up on me called back and now they do not take my calls
No! They screwed us over BIG time! I don’t recommend Roswell Hyundai!! Never! They suck and will screw you over! Don’t ever go to Roswell Hyundai!!!!
Poor customer service! Find a company that wants to keep you as a customer year after year, not just at point of sale.

RecommendedIf your looking to get into something, this is the place to go!! Great costumer service, they did their best with helping us get into our brand new vehicle!! We are very happy and pleased to have gone with them!!
Takes about 3-4 months to get a license plate. Had to take time off work so I didn’t get pulled over every time it expired while waiting on my plate. Have had 1 person actually help me out. Bought my last 2 vehicles there but will be buying from somewhere else from now on. UPDATE: Been another month since I posted this review and still haven’t received my license plate. Called multiple times and got the same “let me see what I can do and I’ll call you back” and never receive a call back.
