I had my annual eye check up at Roswell Eye Clinic on June 13, 2022. As usual, Dr. Chado provided a thorough eye exam and a clear explanation of the results, and Megan Mashburn was very constructive in helping me choose my new glasses frame and lens options. All-in-all, a positive experience!
I came into your clinic in mid-December, a few days after an eye appointment at another facility. The technician at the other facility had left a very sharp edge on the hinge of my eye glasses. Megan took my glasses and had to remove an improperly fitted screw that had been secured by super glue. She went above and beyond to remove the old improper screw and replaced it with a proper one. Please train your staff regarding the copays of at least the most common insurance companies.
We came here for vision therapy. Erin, our therapist, was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing. I would recommend her and Roswell Eye clinic 100%!
I have worked with Greg Hendrix for many years. He not only helps me with picking out and fitting glasses, but he always provides options for me to accept or decline, based on my insurance. Greg is the best!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly. From the doctor to check out! Kayla was very helpful and informative and Bryanna knew my insurance better then I did!
First time visit...and was very happy with the service...I have horrible vision and this was the best eye clinic I've ever been to...got my script perfect...FINALLY someone :) .... when I first showed up they did have my appointment date scheduled wrong but fit me in as a walk in so I didn't have to waste a trip.
