Our son was diagnosed with ADHD and multiple visual processing disorders about 10 weeks ago, keep in mind all very new to us. We were very anxious about Visual Training and how he was going to handle all the new things about to be thrown at him.******* made it all so fun, easy and seamless he actually loves going there:). The improvement we've seen over these last weeks with his concentration, reading and tell backs have has been exceptional, Thank you ******* and team for helping our son, we appreciate you!!!
I had to have my glasses repaired today. I didn't realize the office closed at 4pm. I got there at 3:45. I was waited on by ***************************. He was so friendly and super helpful. Not only did he fix the s**** that came out, but he also was able to fix the nose guards that my dog chewed up( I thought those were beyond repair). I love this location as they are always very helpful and nice. I truly appreciated the wonderful customer service I received today from **************************************************
I had my annual eye check up at Roswell Eye Clinic on June 13, 2022. As usual, Dr. Chado provided a thorough eye exam and a clear explanation of the results, and Megan Mashburn was very constructive in helping me choose my new glasses frame and lens options. All-in-all, a positive experience!
I came into your clinic in mid-December, a few days after an eye appointment at another facility. The technician at the other facility had left a very sharp edge on the hinge of my eye glasses. Megan took my glasses and had to remove an improperly fitted screw that had been secured by super glue. She went above and beyond to remove the old improper screw and replaced it with a proper one.
