Very small at 550 sq. ft. Has lost much of its liveliness but all in all, it is better than some Ive seen. I lived there 11 plus years and for some reason felt as though the present management wanted me out as I was there because of disability and not age. My husband worked and we paid full rent and they raised my rent to 1,035.00 from 747.00 in one jump and would not even accept hud to assist me on low income status. The Staff is friendly and helpful but the appartments are dirty inside the roomMy mom lives there for 15 years and the rug are very bad shape and very dirty but despite repeated requests over the years, they never came in and fixed or replaced it.Money is above every thing. Long live Santa Ana.
