Amazing customer service, they took care of us and were priced great. Would highly recommend them.
I wanted a small (backup) blower repaired but they told me that the labor would be more than a new one of I got it thru them.
Rossiter is a great place and a great small business to support. I've had Baldor motors fixed, and my Milwaukee drills, chainsaw, and saws repaired or replaced. They are honest, fair, and will treat you right. They are in a great location. Also, they have great people working here that you feel right at home
Brought in a Milwaukee M12 stubby impact and a 5ah battery for warranty. Came back a little later than initially advised, but my impact was repaired, battery replaced, and a new extra 6ah battery was thrown in as well. I was helped as soon as I walked in, and for both drop off and pick up, I was out in just a couple minutes. Excellent service
