Rossi enterprises owns the Creamery downtown and they are planning to remove the remaining parking lot next to the Tortilla Flats location. A couple years ago they removed the falling parking lot eliminating where customers can park for free to do business at the Creamery which has not been good for business for people that need parking. Now I want to remove the only parking lot they have and they want to put 36 apartments on the property instead.
