I received a Groupon for a massage. I made an appointment, met with Dr Ross to discuss my medical history prior to being introduced to the masseuse. The massage went well until she took her elbow and ripped it down my hip, I yelped in pain. Later that evening Dr. Ross called at 7:30 PM to ask how the massage went. At that time I was not in pain.
