I will not be back. I was charged $86 dollars for them to make me a parts list for my 4 wheeler. This was a visual inspection mind you, nothing was removed or taken apart.
Very easy to deal with. They had what I was looking for on the showroom floor. We did everything over the phone with no hassle. I picked up my four wheeler that weekend in and out with no problems. I will go back.
I believe I had horrible customer service. We bought a 1000 pioneer and the transmission went out with under 800 miles! I would not recommend going to Ross power sports.
Just bought a Rancher 4x4 :) And enjoyer the help and service I got . Thank's Guy's
