Sally Parker DO NOT take an animal to this 'clinic'. I got my dog's vaccinations there which was okay, I guess, but she was not seen by a doctor. A student gave her a quick feel over. I asked to have her nails clipped and the 'doctor' said he would have to put bandages on each nail after clipping because they are long and would bleed badly. I said 'never mind'. Dirty place. is he really a doctor???
Don't pay less for botched service! I had a bad feeling about this vet when we had to wait 10 mins after 9am- they were LATE opening!? What kind of vet does that? We took our lovely cat Buto to this vet to get spayed (they were the cheapest-which I have learned...you get what you pay for). Same thing...they kept her in the same tiny kennel she came in and she had peed all over herself (she had just been spayed mind you...that can't be good for the incision) and she was wrapped with gauze around her belly (I had never seen th... read more
lack of compassion This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do not take your pet friend to this place if you even remotely care for them! We took our cat to them to get spayed and when we got her back, she had a horrible cut with poor stitching. The incision later became infected and when we took her back, I doubt that anything was used to sedate her because she has never been the same since. This guy needs to be put out of business, I don't think that he has any compassion for the animals he treats.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND I have had a great experience with "the lady" Nu and Dr. Kent. They have been very good to our pets and would recommend you taking your pet to Ross-Osage Animal Clinic. They give rabies shots on Saturday morning for $7.00 and this is a great deal. I have taken my pet to many vets in Amarillo and I have found that Dr. Kent is most affordable for my budget. Dr. Kent and his wife (the lady) are very nice. Nu (the lady) I think can come across as being rude, but she is NOT!!! She speaks loud and clear and some p... read more
Best prices, great service! We live in Plainview and have been taking our three dogs to Dr. Trinh for 7 years. When he moved to Amarillo, we still take our dogs to him for their vaccination shots. Recently we've had 2 of the dogs neutered there. Our other dog was neutered when Dr. Trinh was still in Plainview. You won't find another place cheaper with good service. Surgery and shots cost at least twice as much at other places. I only wish he were open longer hours during the weekdays but since we drive regularly to Amarillo ... read more
