Horrible experience. Messed up my friends hair and that is after they kept trying to change her mind on what she wanted. She expressed how she was very unhappy with the look. The stylist still charged her full price and showed no care. Was also told not to go back after she said she probably wouldn’t go again to get her hair styled. Ruined my friends special night out! Rookies.

I loved my 1st time visit today! Very friendly, nice, concerned of issues I had also the staff was professional in working and making everyone laugh!! The business was very clean and organized very well. I score my 1st visit a 💯
I normally don't have issues with my hairstylist but, today I was quiet disappointed with her. I asked for a beach wave curl and I got something else. and I arrived on time and I was there literally for 5hrs. I waited and waited while I got bypassed playing musical chairs. I'm just upset overall with this outcome after paying an enormous amount of money. I don't think it's fair for the price I paid. my hair is a frizz..
