The worst receptionist.... Called for simple Dr's information and was instantly transferred back into the queue 7x. Receptionist does NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING! DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE I PITTY THE DR LOSING PATIENTS BECAUSE OF THIS LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY
Turn in FMLA papers to Dr.Ross Staff for him to fill out.still waiting.made two in person appearance each time dr.ross is with a patient.I get that.but be the professional Receptionist you supposed to be instead of the unprofessional you are showing.if you can just said sir if you can have a seat I will check with Dr. Ross in between patients.instead of I let him know.
Dr. Ross is a great Doctor the entire staff provides a friendly/ helpful service. There is never a long wait; all calls are answered/ returned in a timely manner. Thank you
