I signed a contract with Wes Ross of Ross Fencing Company on July 27, 2013, to build almost 60 feet of 6 foot high fence. He told me that he needed half of the contract price to buy the materials for the project. (Ross Fencing just built another fence about 2 blocks from my house.) don't hire these people. they took $2,600 of our money as a deposit and never showed up to do the work, nor have they returned our money. we are suing them. CROOKS.
