I recently went to this establishment to get an all wheel alignment, I was told that it would take about an hour so I dropped it off. I was gone less than 10 minutes when I receive a phone call from a guy named Keith. He tells me that I have upper and lower ball joint issues that will prevent the alignment until those parts are replaced. Nope, nope, nope… went in for an inspection; one wiper failed it. After I said that I would go buy the wipers and come right back it was an instant attitude. The WRONG odometer reading & the wrong equipment that was inspected! Put “glass” instead of wiper?!?! Bells Naww… NOT HERE!!!
This auto body shop has had my car for almost 2 years. The owner has refused to do the work asked, or even work on the vehicle. It has been behind his shop deteriorating. He is a terrible businessman.
I was 70+ miles away from home heading to a medical appointment in Cold Spring. When I was within a few blocks of my appointment, I realized I had a flat tire. It was the end of their day, and Smittys Service was there after hours to replace my tire so I could get back home safely. Owner Mary and Brad are an amazing team.
