Larger than most car dealership service repair facilities. Ten times more honest. They won't nickel and dime you. They fix almost 200 diesel pickup trucks per month. I've never been charged a diagnosis charge. They just know all the common things that go wrong. You don't have to buy only OEM brands. There were alternatives for mine that were cheaper and had a lifetime guarantee.
Shop is all in all a great experience. Girls at front desk are sweet and knowledgeable. Boys in shop are amazing at what they do. My first time ever not doing my own work and they treated me great. Saved me $$$ and time. For a business owner that’s the most important thing.
Business response:
Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate the opportunity to work for you
We bring our truck here yearly to get serviced. The first time was a very enjoyable experience. The second time was okay, but this year was not good. They quoted us $900 for suspension work and diagnosing the check engine light and they said it would only take A FEW HOURS in 1 day. I assumed they'd align it since it was suspension work. When we got it back 3 DAYS LATER... no alignment, no repair for the check engine light, and we paid almost $900 anyways. They didn't even mention how badly it needed aligned after the repair.... read more

Is this the truck that was under the name Jose Castro? If so, he dropped it off to have the front end checked and mentioned that it had a fuel leak. There was no mention of a check engine light. He was quoted 851.53 to do the upper and lower ball joints which he authorized before we did the work. We do not send ball joint jobs out for alignment unless the front housing is bent, or it has offset upper ball joints in it. This truck had neither situation. The fuel leak that he mentioned when he dropped it off was a fuel return ... read more

I gotta say, if you need work done on your vehicle, Ross's Diesel and auto repair is the place to go. If you, like me, values honesty and hard work, Ross's is the place. I really can't say enough about the business. Also, people might not be aware that Ross's doesn't only work on diesels, they work on gassers too. Their gasser mechanic is top notch. I don't ever take my vehicles to a mechanic. But when my dmax needed motor work, it was a little over my head, Ross's is the only place I would ever take anything. Thanks for the... read more
My daughter took her car to a dealership for an oil change. They found $3,000 of supposed problems. Decided to have Ross’ give us a second opinion and we spent $500 for the actual necessary work. Great pricing, fast service and they do not take advantage of the ladies. Thank You Ross and crew! We will never take our vehicles anywhere else.
Honest, reliable, friendly service.
