Booked an appointment for next day. When I show up, they’ve closed the building for renovation & didn’t tell customers. Why would you book the appt knowing you’ll be closed? Also, zero human beings on the phone service. Awful service, awful place, awful people. Spend your $$$ elsewhere.
I will never go back to or recommend Visionworks to anyone. They don’t answer the phone. When you make an on line appt. they ask for pages of personal and insurance information then text to confirm the appointment and when you arrive they make you wait standing there without acknowledging only to tell you rudely that they don’t accept your insurance. I called my agent from the car and he assured me that they do, but they didn’t answer the phone when he tried to get some explanation for the rejection.
Excellent exam. Thorough and he explained everything to me. Did not feel rushed.
