Very disappointed with Ross Brothers and the way they handled a water leak repair on my grandparents' small home (kitchen cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc.). It took significantly longer than it should have. And then, after multiple calls, a number of months and a formal demand email, they failed to finish up a number of items on the job. Felt to me like they took advantage of a nice older couple. Beware - they talk a good talk, but fail to perform.
They are awesome!!!
