UPDATE: it has been a month now, and no one has sent over medical records to my children’s new Pediatrician . My youngest is due for vaccines , Cannot be seen until records are sent over. I’ve signed a medical release now twice , Nothing . Trying to get someone to do their job at this facility is ridiculous . It has been a mess ever since Dr. Marak left. I’ve tried to be understanding of the situation that are going on. They couldn’t even put it together to send over a simple lab order to children’s. I’ve had it done before ... read more
This practice has gone down since Dr. Marak left. My husband and I keep getting disappointed and will now be looking for a new pediatric doctor . Things use to be so well run and Dr. Marak was extremely attentive. Now things are disorganized, starting at the front desk, all the way to the top. I do not recommend this practice.
It has been a mess ever since Dr. Marak left. I’ve tried to be understanding of the situation that are going on. They couldn’t even put it together to send over a simple lab order to children’s. Medical staff are nice, kind, and helpful but front office personnel are the rudest you will encounter. I have given the benefit of doubt that it was a one time bad day kind of thing but no. It has happened every single time I need to talk to the front desk. Im taking my children out of here!
This doctors office & their supporting staff is absolutely AMAZING. You call 1 time and ask for something, and they do it, just as they say they will. The support staff have amazing FRIENDLY personalities, and you can tell they really love their jobs, because they are just very pleasant to speak with (which isn’t always the case based on past experiences with other doctors’ offices, in general). When you call to make an appointment, they always find a way to get your kids in when needed. That’s so invaluable to us as parents... read more
