I made an appointment. Ross was on time. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and got to work. Great worker. He really knows his stuff. I was quite impressed. He resolved the issue and his prices were fair. I previously had him do my oil change, and I will definitely use him again for preventative maintenance as well as any troubles I have in the future.
