Nurses are extremely unprofessional. My test results got mixed up with someone else’s then I got put on medication which made me have severe side effects to. I had 103 fever for three days blurred vision, chest pain, lung pain. I was told this is not supposed to happen but to stay on the medicine. Come to find out they gave me the wrong results when I went to another doctor they told me this and they said that I am all in good health. 5 months after the appointment was made with her Nurse Practitioner, she backed out of accepting my mother as a patient because she is 90. She said it was because she is not a geriatric specialist, but does that mean she doesn't take anyone after age 65? My mother is completely mobile and has no health issues at all. She has left us totally in a mess.
I thought i had a Urinary Tract Infection and called to see Dr. Rosner. They could not see me for 3 weeks. I went to Urgent Care and was treated. Called the office to cancel the 3 week appointment received a bill for the appointment not being cancelled. Called to say that i cancelled the appointment and was told by Donna the Office Mgr that it was cancelled but i had rescheduled it for the next day which was not true. They wanted me to pay a no show fee which was not due. They have discharged me as a patient which I am fine ... read more
