My husband and I have been going to Dr Rosner for years. She's the best!!
Pretty frustrated. Went in today for a 10:30 appt. for a chronic thing. (Used to be I could take care of the problem by email. No more.) The waiting room was crowded. I asked the receptionist if there was a long wait. She said, "Not that I know of." I mean, this is a yes or no question. Thirty minutes later after sitting in a petri dish, I left. I got a virtual appointment this afternoon. Took ten minutes to get taken care of. Done!
Several of the nurses here are rude and unprofessional. The Dr. can be friendly and other times dismissive and not interested in a patients voice. After several years of a similar pattern, I had to move on to better care.
Was trying to establish a new pcp because my previous one is now out of network. Had my first appointment, everything went well. I needed three medications refilled that I have been consistently on for years. After waiting a week, I was told that she wouldn’t refill a vital medication because of her personal beliefs and I was told to go somewhere else for it. How unethical and harmful to force a patient to go cold turkey off of a medication they need to function.
Dr. Laura is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend her.
