Replacement flat roof After getting someone on the cheap before who did a terrible job that leaked within months, I got quotes from a few people to replace my flat roof. Flat Roof Replacement I had several quotes, some that were 50% more than what Jake quoted. I was thrilled with the service I got from Jake and the Rosman crew. Shingle Roof Replacement When it was time to replace the roof in our house we called the one roofer that had successfully completed a similar project in our previous home...Rosman Roofing. They once again did a superb job! Jake and his team were very efficient and maintained the yard extremely clean. Roof replacement and new venting Our side of the roof (we live in a smallish semi) did not hold up well this past winter. Looking into the attic it was obvious there were a few pinhole leak spots. Shingles were falling off the west side and it was obvious the roof needed work all around. Jake showed up on a Saturday morning and not only provided a quick, accurate and highly competitive quote but even went up and put a few replacement shingles to cover a leak spot.
