We would like to commend he management for the great food and atmosphere at Rosita's. That alone is not sufficient to bring us back to any given place. A good waiter/waitress can make or break a visit. We can't say enough about the superior service we continually receive from Kate and Nick. In a day when most people can't even spell the words "customer service," not to mention exercise it, these two champions stand out on a regular basis. They are customer service personified.
