Go to another Rosin location I will start by saying that I have used Rosen in Naperville on Ogden and in Downers Grove before and had no issues. I went to the south Naperville location on 59 in Dec 2010 for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Owens seemed nice enough but it felt like the office staff was trying to get as much money from me as possible. After receiving my glasses it was clear they were not the right prescription.
