This management is terrible. The tenants they allow to live here at their locations are very rude and disrespectful amongst their neighbors. The management does not seem to care or be able to acknowledge the many issues that they have at these properties, do not rent with rosh property management.

This was a very unsafe and stressful rental experience. An air-conditioning unit fell and injured me, resulting in a hospital visit. This should never happen in a properly maintained unit. There was also mold inside the apartment, which was brought to management’s attention and was never properly addressed. Living with unresolved mold and safety concerns was extremely concerning. Lived in one of Rosh Property Management in Los Angeles 90025 for ~2.5 years and had no issues with them. In fact, once when the ceiling of my bathroom starting to bulge out (water damage) they immediate came and redid the entire bathroom in 2-3 days. Our dishwasher broke and again, immediately came to fix it. My suitemates and I had a great experience with them; respectful, attentive and no issues.
