We've been working with Rosh Property Management, and it's been a great experience. They respond to requests very quickly and are always professional and easy to communicate with. Horrible, disrespectful, unorganized, incompetent.. I could go on. Avoid at all costs, and if you have the poor luck of speaking with Ann - give up and move on.
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!! If I could give a negative star review I would!! They do NOT care about you as a human at all! You are a number to them & that is it!! I have a packet of 24 pages of code violations & illegal findings from the city of Los Angeles, that Rosh property management has for this building on Lanewood Ave in Hollywood. They hire people off of the streets to fix issues. They hired workers to fix a mold issue I had after only living here 4 months & one of the workers smelled of alcohol & kept calling ... read more
I wouldn't trust this property management. I applied for an apartment that I know I was qualified for because I was eventually approved for something better. This apartment was on the market at least a month prior to my application because I viewed the unit twice. When I finally applied and was told that I would receive a call within an hour to to have a FaceTime preliminary check, which I've never done with any other apartment to this day.
