Lived in one of Rosh Property Management in Los Angeles 90025 for ~2.5 years and had no issues with them. In fact, once when the ceiling of my bathroom starting to bulge out (water damage) they immediate came and redid the entire bathroom in 2-3 days. Our dishwasher broke and again, immediately came to fix it. My suitemates and I had a great experience with them; respectful, attentive and no issues. It's a pleasure doing business with a team that’s so organized, reliable, and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality property management!
Horrible, disrespectful, unorganized, incompetent.. I could go on. Avoid at all costs, and if you have the poor luck of speaking with Ann - give up and move on.
