I really appreciate the extra effort the staff went through for me to be able to video chat my grandma. I am in the hospital, I had her great granddaughter. And because of the corona19 shut down, my grandma was unable to visit me in the hospital. The staff made sure we were able to video chat so she was able to see her great granddaughter!! I cannot thank you enough
